Outspoken former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has described President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressive Congress the “most primitive, ignorant, dishonest, incompetent and ignorant government ever to rule Nigeria”.
Fani-Kayode comment came following the claim by the Director General (DG) of the Nigerian Intelligence Agency (NIA) that the N18billion uncovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at an apartment in Ikoyi, Lagos belongs to it and was approved by former President Goodluck Jonathan.
In a tweet posted on his tweeter handle on Monday, Fani-Kayode argued that Jonathan never approved $43million as claimed by the DG NIA.
While he described the NIA DG as a “treacherous and lying coward,” he called for his resignation, adding that a “massive cover up is on.”
He said, “The Buhari government is the most divisive, vindictive, incompetent, primitive, mendacious, cruel and ignorant government that has ever ruled Nigeria.”
Controversies have continued to trail the discovered money with Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State alleging it was his state money stolen by former governor of the state and current Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi.
Also laying claim to the money is NIA.
